Title: Pumpkin Bread #03 Categories: Bread Yield: 12 Servings 2 1/2 c Flour 3 c Sugar 2 ts Soda 1/4 ts Nutmeg 1 1/2 ts Cinnamon 1/2 ts Salt 1 c Canned pumpkin 1 c Vegetable oil 2/3 c Water 4 Eggs 1 c White raisins 1 c Chopped pecans 1 c Shredded coconut Sift together first six ingredients; add pumpkin, oil & water. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add remaining ingredients & pour into two greased & floured loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350. Test for doneness. MRS G.M.
