Title: Pumpkin Pie Cake Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 cn (12 oz) evaporated milk 1 cn (29 oz) pumpkin 3 Eggs 1 c Sugar 1 ts Cinnamon 1 ts Salt 1 pk (18 1/2 oz) yellow cake mix 1 c Butter; melted 1 c Chopped nuts; if desired Frozen whipped topping; -thawed Heat oven to 359 degrees. In a large bowl, combine evaporated milk, pumpkin, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13x2" pan. Sprinkle with dry yellow cake mix; drizzle with butter and sprinkle with nuts. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with whipped topping.
