Title: Pumpkin-Date Bread Categories: Breads, Entertain Yield: 8 Servings 1 2/3 c Flour 1/2 ts Cinnamon 3/4 c Sugar 1/2 ts Nutmeg 1/4 ts Baking powder 1/2 c Vegetable oil 1 ts Baking soda 1/2 c Water 3/4 ts Salt 1 c Pumpkin 2 Eggs 1 c Walnuts, chopped 1 c Dates, chopped Sift dry ingredients. Mix oil, water, pumpkin & eggs. Blend into dry ingredients. Fold in dates and nuts. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
