Title: Quesadillas Casserole Categories: None Yield: 8 Servings 1 cn (16 oz.) Refried Beans 1 cn (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce 1 cn (4 oz.) Chopped Green -Chilies 1 ts Ground cumin seed 1 ts Chili Powder 1 ts Onion powder 1 ts Garlic powder 4 8-in Flour tortillas Vegtable Cooking spray 2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese; -divided In a small bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Place 1 tortilla in an 8-ins round cake pan sprayed with cooking spray. Spread about 1/4 of bean mix over tortilla. Repeat with 2nd tortilla & bean mix. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese over top. Cover & refreigerate. Bake uncovered in preheated oven 350 for 35 to 40 min. til cheese is bubbly. 8 Servings NOTE: Can be given as a gift! Give the recipe with it.
