Title: Quick and Easy Beef And Vegetables Categories: Beef Yield: 4 Servings 1/2 c Chili sauce 3 tb Water 2 tb Soy sauce 1 tb Cornstarch 1/4 ts Crushed red pepper 1 lb Lean beef; cut into 1/2" -strips 1 tb Oil 16 oz Frozen vegetable mixture Combine first 5 ingredients & set aside. In a large preheated skillet, quickly brown steak in oil. Remove & set aside. In same skillet, cook vegetables 2-3 minutes or until tender. Add reserved chili sauce mixture. Heat & stir until thickened. Return beef to skillet & heat. Serve over rice.
