Quick Chicken Pie


Title: Quick Chicken Pie

Yield: 4 Servings

1 Chicken
2 c Broth
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
Boiled eggs; sliced
1 c Flour
1 c Milk
1 Stick butter; softened

Boil chicken until done. Debone and reserve 2 cups broth. Layer in oblong
baking dish. Add sliced eggs. Combine cream of chicken soup and broth.
Bring to a boil and pour over chicken and eggs. Mix flour, milk and butter.
Pour evenly over layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
