4 lg Flour tortillas
1/2 c Canned refried beans
1/2 c Salsa
3/4 lb Roasted chicken meat;
-chopped
4 Green onions; chopped
1 c Cheddar cheese
1/2 c Nonfat sour cream
2 c Lettuce; shredded
2 md Tomatoes; chopped

Prep: 10 min, Cook: 5 min.

Turn on broiler. Arrange tortillas on a cookie sheet. Spread refried beans
over tortillas. Add salsa, then layer with chicken, onions, and cheese.
Place cookie sheet under broiler 1-2 minutes or until the cheese melts and
the tortillas are crisp. Serve topped with sour cream, lettuce and
tomatoes.
