Title: Quick Cream of Spinach Soup Categories: Cream, Soups Yield: 1 Servings 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup; *see -note 1 c Frozen chopped spinach 1 1/2 c Half and half 1 tb Onion; chopped Pepper to taste 1 ds Nutmeg 1. In a large saucepan combine all ingredients except the nutmeg; mix well. 2. Cook uncovered for for 5-10 minutes until heated through. 3. Ladle into serving bowls and sprinkle with a dash of nutmeg Notes: * you can also use cream of chicken soup.
