Title: Quick Crockpot Chicken Categories: Poultry Yield: 4 Servings 6 Boneless; skinless chicken -breasts 1 Green pepper sliced 1 Onion sliced 1 cn (16-oz) Hunts Tomato Ready -(I use the chunky special) 1 Chicken boullion cube 1 c Boiling water 1 ts Cornstarch Garlic powder to taste From: Jo Kinnaly Date: Wed, 7 Aug 1996 19:34:56 -0400 Sprinkle chicken breasts with garlic powder and brown in skillet coated with Pam. Place in bottom of crockpot. Top with sliced peppers and onions. Disolve boullion cube in water. Add cornstarch and mix thoroughly.
