Title: Quick Hot Fudge Categories: Chocolate, Desserts Yield: 4 Servings 1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa 1/2 c Sugar 1/3 c Light corn syrup 1/2 c Evaporated milk 1 tb Sour cream 4 tb Sweet butter 1 ts Vanilla extract Combine cocoa, sugar, corn syrup, milk, and sour cream in heavy saucepan. Heat over medium flame, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to boil. Immediately turn off heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm. Makes enough for 4 good-size hot fudge sundaes.
