1 1/2 c S.r. flour
2 Eggs
1/2 c Castor (granulated) sugar
1/4 c Milk
1 pn Salt
1/2 ts Vanilla
90 g Softened butter

Sift dry ingredients, add remaining ingredients. Beat on med. speed 3 mins.
Drop heaped tsp. of mixture into deep greased patty tins. Bake in mod.
oven 12-15 mins. Ice with favourite icing and dip in "Hundred & Thousands".
