Title: Quick Potato Soup

Yield: 4 Servings

2 tb Margarine or butter
1/2 c Sliced green onions
1/2 c Shredded carrot
1 c Water
1 1/3 c Hungry Jack Mashed Potatoes
3 c Milk
3/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper

Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions and
carrot; cook 2 minutes or until tender. Add water; bring to a boil. Stir in
potato flakes, milk, salt and pepper. Cook until hot, stirring
occasionally.
