Title: Quick Southwest Hot Dip Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 cn Refried beans (16 oz can) 1 pk Shredded cheddar cheese ( 8 -oz) 1 pk Cream cheese (8 oz.) 1 pk Shredded Monterey jack (8 -oz.) 1 cn Chili (16 oz) 1 Bag tortilla chips or fritos Spread beans in bottom of 9" deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle some cheddar and jack cheese, about 4 oz.of each. Slice cream cheese thinly and lay out as a layer over beans and cheeses. Pour over 1 can of your favorite chili, or home made.Top with remaining cheeses. Microwave on High power 5 minutes or til bubbly and heated through. Serve with chips.
