1 pk Hash browns
1 sm Container sour cream
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 c Grated cheddar chesse
1/2 Onion, grated (up to 1)

mix together then sprinkle top with more cheese, crumbled croutons, bread
crumbs or crackers and a little butter. bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350-375
degrees.
