2 lb Chicken pieces
3 tb Flour
3 tb Shortening
1 cn Franco-American chicken
-gravy
1/3 c Sour cream
1 c Sliced onions
1 Clove garlic. minced
2 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
Hot buttered noodles or
-mashed potatoes

Dredge chicken pieces in flour; brown in hot shortening; drain off any
excess fat. Mix together gravy, sour cream, onions, garlic, paprika, salt
and pepper; pour over the chicken. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until
chicken is tender and done.

Serve with hot buttered noodles, mashed potatoes or even rice.
