Title: Rainbow Salad

Yield: 6 Servings

1 c Finely chopped cabbage
1 c Finely chopped green pepper
1 c Grated carrots
1 c Chopped lettuce
1/2 c Finely chopped cucumber
1/2 c Sliced onion
1 c Sliced celery
1 c Tomato chunks
1 c Shredded American cheese
1 c Cooked or canned green peas
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 ts Sugar
1/2 c Vinegar
Lettuce leaves

Toss all ingredients except lettuce leaves. Chill. Serve in lettuce-lined
salad bowl. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
