I would also like to tell everyone of a superb recipe manager program (software) that has just been released yesterday called "Mega Bites". It has a menu manager, a weight manager and food resources (such as a cooking dictionary, spice associations, substitutions, measurment equivalencies and nutritionl content), and more. Fried Lettuce 6. Boiled Or Steamed Rice 7. Gingered Fruit RAINDROP SOUP: Slice the water chestnuts and slice the spring onions (scallions) finely. Put these in a sauce pan with the chicken stock and the chicken. Bring to the boil and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Add the sherry and season to taste.
