Title: Ranchhouse Tortilla Bake

Yield: 1 Servings

1 c Chopped onion
3 c Cubed cooked chicken
4 tb Butter
Salt and pepper
6 tb Flour
12 Corn tortillas
1/3 c Sour cream
2 c Shredded jack cheese
3/4 c Salsa

Cook onions in butter until soft. Stir in flour. Add milk and sour cream,
cooking until thick. Stir in salso. Season to taste. Stir in chicken. Line
a buttered 12x8 baking pan with 6 tortillas; spoon in chicken mixture. Top
with remaining tortillas. Sprinkle cheese over all. Bake at 375F for 30-45
minutes, or until cheese melts and filling is hot. Can sprinkle with
chopped cilantro before serving, if desired. Enjoy
