Title: Range Chili Categories: Soups, Posted Yield: 8 Servings 1/2 lb Kielbasa sausage; casing -removed 2 lb Ground beef 1 md Onion; chopped 1/4 ts Minced garlic 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Pepper 1 tb Red wine vinegar 29 oz Diced tomatoes 32 oz Pinto beans; drained 2 tb Chili seasoning mix In a soup pot, combine the sausage, ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper and cook over medium-high heat for 7 to 9 minutes, or until no pink remains in the meat, stirring frequently. Add the vinegar, tomatoes, beans, and seasoning mix to the meat mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes; serve. NOTE: Use whatever topppers you like or try some of these: shredded cheese or chopped onions and peppers, sour cream, tortilla chips or bread.
