Title: Rasberry Spinach Salad Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 8 c Spinach leaves; torn 1/2 c Macadamia nuts; toasted 1 1/2 c Raspberries; fresh ----------------------------------DRESSING---------------------------------- 3 tb Raspberry vinegar 3 tb Raspberry jam; seedless 1/2 c Salad oil 2 tb Sugar Toast macadamia nuts in 250 degree (F) oven for 30 minutes, flipping and stirring often. Cool. Mix, spinach, nuts and rasberries in a large bowl. For Dressing: combine all ingredients in a blender and blend 'til thick. Pour dressing over salald and enjoy the taste of spring!
