Title: Raspberry Bread Pudding Categories: Desserts, Pudding Yield: 6 Servings 3 Raspberry-filled croissants; -diagonally, cut in half 4 Eggs 2 c Milk 1/3 c Sugar 1/2 c Semisweet chocolate chips Preheat oven to 325. In a 2-quart baking dish, place croissants. In large bowl, combine eggs, milk and sugar. Add chocolate chips. Pour over croissants.
