5 Pork chops; about 3/4 inch
-thick
2 c Shredded red cabbage
2 Green onions; chopped
2 Apples; peeled cored and
-sliced
3 tb Apple jelly ( I use
-crabapple jelly)
2 tb White wine vinegar
1 ts Seasoned salt
1/4 ts Seasoned pepper
1/2 ts Caraway seeds

Combine everything except chops, place in pot. Trim fat from chops (I also
de-bone) and top cabbage layer with the chops. Cook low 5 hours.
