Title: Raw Vegetable Salad and Dressing

Yield: 8 Servings

1/2 c Bean Sprouts; drained
1 Head Boston Lettuce
1/2 c Raw Mushrooms; sliced
1/2 c Raw Cauliflower Buds
1/2 c Frozen Green Beans; cooked
-and drained
1/2 c Water Chestnuts; sliced
1/2 c Radishes; sliced
---Dressing---
1/2 c Wine Vinegar
4 tb Cooking Oil
1/2 ts Paprika
1 ts "Fines Herbes"
1 Clove Garlic; crushed
1 ts Cracked Pepper

FOR THE SALAD:

Mix all ingredients and serve with the dressing given.

FOR THE DRESSING:

Shake all ingredients in a covered jar and toss with salad.
