Title: Ray's Canadian Potato/cheese Casserole Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2 cn Condensed cream of potato -soup 1 c Sour cream 1/2 ts Garlic salt 1 pk (2 lbs.) frozen hash brown -potatoes 2 c Shredded sharp cheddar -cheese 1/2 c Grated Oarmesan cheese Combine the soup, sour cream and garlic salt. Mix well. Add the potatoes and cheddar cheese. Mix well. Pour into a greased 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch baking dish. Top with the Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 minutes.
