Title: Regal Chicken Salad

Yield: 1 Servings

2 c Cooked chicken; diced
1/2 c Seedless white grapes;
-sliced
1/2 c Celery; finely chopped
1/2 c Walnuts; finely chopped
1/2 c Heavy cream; whipped
1/2 c Mayonnaise

Combine chicken, grapes, celery and walnuts. Taste and add a little salt if
needed. Fold whipped cream into mayonnaise. Toss with chicken mixture.
Chill at least one hour.

Makes about 3 1/4 cups
