Title: Remoulade Sauce for Shrimp

Yield: 12 Servings

2 c Mayonnaise
1 ts Vinegar
3 tb Prepared horseradish
1 Clove garlic; crushed
1/2 ts Grated onion
1 ts Salt
1 ts Lemon juice
1/2 ts Prepared mustard
1/4 ts Parsley flakes
2 tb Catsup
6 Shakes hot sauce

Combine all ingredients & chill. Use as a dip for shrimp.
