Title: Rhubarb Quick Bread Categories: Breads - qu, Rhubarb Yield: 1 Servings 1 c Brown sugar; packed 1/2 c White sugar, can use part -- sugar-twin 2/3 c Oil 1 Egg 1 c Buttermilk 1 ts Salt 1 ts Baking soda 1 ts Cinnamon 1 ts Vanilla 2 1/2 c Flour 1 1/2 c Diced rhubarb 1/2 c Chopped nuts 1/2 c Brown sugar; mixed with -- 1 tb Margarine Recipe by: Naurine Sloane/R.Banghart Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Mix together in this order: brown sugar, whit sugar, oil, egg, buttermilk, salt, soda, cinnamon, vanilla and flour. Mix i 1 1/2 cups diced rhubarb and chopped nuts. Pour into prepared pans.
