Title: Rice 'n Spice Salad Categories: Chef, Du, Jour Yield: 1 Servings 1 pk Frozen green beans, (9 -ounces) 2 c Quick-cooking rice, uncooked 1 cn Chicken broth, (13 1/2 -ounce) 1 c Sliced mushrooms 3/4 c Bottled Italian dressing 2 tb Chopped pimento 1/2 ts Onion salt In a saucepan combine green beans, rice, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat about 5 minutes or until all of the liquid is absorbed. In a large bowl combine rice mixture with mushrooms, Italian dressing, pimento and onion salt.
