Title: Rice and Chili Categories: Rice Yield: 4 Servings 1 c Raw rice; cooked 1 pt Sour cream Salt & pepper to taste 1/4 ts Accent 4 c Chopped green chiles 2 c Grated sharp Cheddar Paprika Combine all ingredients except paprika & 1/2 cup of the cheese. (Use fewer chiles according to individual tastes). Mix well & pour into casserole. Top with remaining cheese & a generous sprinkling of paprika. Bake until bubbly. MRS GEORGE R.
