Rice Dressing, Prejean Style
Title: Rice Dressing, Prejean Style Categories: Rice Yield: 6 Servings 1 1/2 lb Ground round or hamburger 2 md Onions; diced 1 Bell pepper; diced 1 Clove garlic; cut fine 1/2 c Chopped green onion 1 1/2 c Cooked rice 1/2 cn Cream of mushroom soup Salt; pepper, red pepper, -garlic salt & onion salt to -taste 1 tb Dried parsley Simmer meat, diced onions, garlic, green pepper, parsley, green onions and seasonings until completely brown. Drain off excess fat. Add a little water and simmer until onions and green peppers and water are cooked down (approximately 1/2 hour or longer if necessary). You can keep adding a little water to keep ingredients from sticking until everything is cooked. Add mushroom soup and simmer until just moist enough to add rice.
