Rice Pudding

Yield: 4 Servings

1 1/2 qt Milk
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Cinnamon
3/4 c Sugar
1 Egg-well beaten
2 tb Butter; melted

Place the milk, salt, & rice in a saucepan. Bring to a slow boil & cook
uncovered over low heat for 20 mins.
Season w/ nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, & sugar. Add the egg & butter & mix
well. Pour into a baking dish and brown lightly under the broiler, watching
carefully, for one minute. Allow to cool and chill thoroughly before
serving.
