Rice Pudding


Title: Rice Pudding

Yield: 1 Servings

2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
2 tb Flour
2 c Milk
1 ts Coconut flavoring
1 1/2 c Cooked rice
1/2 Stick oleo or butter

Sift sugar & flour. Beat eggs until frothy. Add to flour along with other
ingredients except oleo or butter. Melt oleo in baking dish. Pour other
ingredients into this dish. Bake at 300 degree F. until slightly brown on
top. Don't over bake.
