1 c Evaporated milk
3 c Sugar
2 ts Vanilla
3 -(up to)
4 Egg yolks
3 -(up to)
4 Egg whites; beaten stiff

Mix thoroughly with electric mixer. Bake in casserole at 350 until brown.
Top with beaten egg whites and brown.
