Title: Rice, Corn and Cheese Casserole Categories: Cheese, Rice, Vegetables Yield: 6 Servings 3 c Cooked Rice -- Brown or White 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Chili Powder 2 c Corn Kernels 1/2 ts Black Pepper -- Ground 1 sm Onion -- Chopped Fine Paprika 2 c Sharp Cheddar -- Grated 1 1/2 c Whole Milk Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients except the paprika in a large mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly. Pour into a well greased (2 quart) casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
