Title: Roast Loin of Pork with Garlic Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 Envelope Lipton Recipe -Secrets Onion Soup Mix 2 tb Olive or vegetable oil 1 Clove garlic, finely -chopped* 1 tb Water 1 sl Bacon, crisp-cooked and -crumbled 3 1/2 lb Boneless pork loin roast I just found this at: http://www.lipton.com/dec95.html Scoring this roast serves 2 purposes - it allows the seasonings to seep in and...it's a decorative touch. Preheat oven to 350F. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except pork; set aside. In 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, arrange pork. With knife, score (lightly cut) top of pork. Spoon soup mixture evenly over pork. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until meat thermometer reaches 160F. Makes about 8 servings. Also terrific with Lipton Recipe Secrets Golden Herb with Lemon, Savory Herb with Garlic, Fiesta Herb with Red Pepper or Onion-Mushroom Soup Mix. *If using Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix, omit garlic.
