Title: Robin's Armenian Rice Pilaf

Yield: 1 Servings

1 Stick butter; melted
1 1/2 c Egg noodles; broken
1 c Long-grain rice
2 c Chicken broth
2 c Water
1/2 tb Salt

Brown noodles in butter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer covered over
medium heat 20-30 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
