Title: Rock Cornish Game Hens En Casserole

4 Cornish game hens cut in
-half
1 Jar (12 oz.) apricot
-preserves
1 c Italian dressing
1/2 pk Onion soup mix

Place game hens in a casserole dish breast side up. Mix together next three
ingredients and spoon over hens. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 15
minutes, basting now and then. Serve with fluffy rice, spooning sauce over
rice. Serves 6-8. Leave hens whole if you wish and you can also stuff them.
