Title: Rock Shrimp

1 lb Rock shrimp
2 qt Water
1 ts Salt (optional)

In saucepan combine water & salt & bring to boil. Add shrimp & cook
over med heat 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Drain & rinse immediately with cold
water. Serve with drawn butter. Shrimp meat can be removed from the
shell easily by bending shell backwards, & pulling meat from shell
with fork.
