Title: Roquefort Apple Dessert Categories: Desserts Yield: 4 Servings 4 md Sized red apples 1 tb Lemon juice 1 1/2 oz Crumbled Roquefort cheese 1/4 c French dressing 1/4 c Chopped walnuts 2 tb Seedless raisins Cut slice from top of each apple; reserve. Remove cores. Scoop out pulp, leaving 1/4 inch shells. Brush shells with lemon juice. Dice apple pulp. Combine diced apple and remaining ingredients; toss lightly. Fill apple shells with mixture.
