Title: Roseann's Brownie Recipe

Yield: 1 Servings

3/4 c Butter
3 Squares baker's chocolate or
-1/2 cup & 1T of cocoa
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Instant coffee (make it a
-good brand this ads a lot
-of flavor)
1 ts Vanilla
3 Eggs
3/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt

(not to be confused with me {Rosanne}).

Cook butter & cocoa over low heat. When it all melts add sugar, coffee and
vanilla. Mix. When it's cool ( I never wait) ad eggs, flour and salt. Bake
for 40 min. at 325. I usually bake it for 30 or 35 minutes because I like
my brownies gooey.
