Title: Salad Dressing a la Rat Categories: Dressing Yield: 8 Servings 2 oz Tarragon vinegar 4 Cloves garlic; peeled 1 tb Peppercorns 1/4 Lemon; peeled and seeded 8 oz Mazola salad oil 1 tb Sugar 1/2 tb Salt 3 oz Bleu cheese Place first 4 ingredients in blender and blend on high until peppercorns are pulverized. Add balance of ingredients and blend for 1 minute. Will keep in sealed jar for 1 week. Do not refrigerate. Best served over plain head of lettuce, broken and separated. Yield: 2 cups. L.A.
