1 Head romaine lettuce --
Separated
1 1/2 tb Balsamic vinegar
1 Clove garlic -- minced
1/8 ts Salt
1/4 c Olive oil
1/3 c Parmesan cheese -- shredded
Black pepper -- grounded

1. Place romaine in a salad bowl

2. In a small bowl mix vinegar, garlic, and salt. Using a whisk or fork,
gradually beat in oil until well blended. 3. Mix dressing and cheese
lightly with romaine. Grind pepper over each serving to taste.
