Title: Salami-Corn Casserole Categories: Side dish, Casserole, Vegetables, Southern Yield: 10 Servings 2 c Salami; chopped 1/2 c Onion; chopped 2 Tomatoes; diced 1/2 c Pepper, green; diced 12 Eggs; slightly beaten 1 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 17 oz Corn, whole kernel; drained Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well.
