Title: Salat Iz Teliatini S Ogurtsami (Veal and Cucumber Salad)

1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Dairy sour cream
1 ts Worchestershire sauce
2 c Cold diced veal
1 c Diced peeled cucumbers
1/2 c Diced peeled tart apples
2 c Diced cold cooked potatoes

This is a nice change from the usual potato salad.

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and worchestershire. Add remaining ingredients
and toss carefully. serve very cold. serves 6
