Title: Salmon and Rice Casserole

1 1/2 c Minute Rice
2 tb Butter or margarine
2 tb Flour
2 c Milk
1 cn Salmon
1/2 Lemon ; Juice of
1/2 c Grated Cheddar Cheese

Cook Minute Rice according to instructions. Melt butter and add flour. When
mixed well, gradually add milk. Cook until thickened. Sprinkle lemon juice
over salmon. Layer rice, salmon, white sauce and cheese in 9 x 13" greased
pan. Bake in 350ø oven for 20-25 minutes. Serves 4. Posted to TNT -
