Title: Salmon Croquettes #5 Categories: Fish Yield: 12 Servings 2 c Flaked; cooked salmon 2 c Mashed potatoes 1 1/2 ts Anchovy paste 1/8 ts Pepper 1 Egg; beaten 1 tb Parsley; minced 1 ts Lemon juice Worcestershire sauce From: Joel Ehrlich Date: Mon, 5 Sep 1994 22:18:06 -0400 (EDT) Combine the ingredients. Mix well. Chill and the shape croquettes. Bread and allow to dry for at least one hour. Deep fry 2 to 4 minutes, drain and allow to dry on a paper towel.
