Title: Salsa Cerveza with Tortilla Chips

1 1/4 lb (1/2 kg) tomatoes, seeded,
-drained, and chopped
1/4 c Chili beer
1/4 c Fresh cilantro
1/2 c Onion
3 Jalapenos, minced
1 Clove garlic
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Sugar

Combine all ingredients. Let stand for at least two hours; chill if
desired. Makes about 2 1/2 cups. Serve with tortilla chips. If you choose
not to include beer, this recipe contains 0% fat!
