16 oz Bartlett pears; drained and
-chopped
1 c Tomato; chopped
4 oz Chiles; green canned,
-chopped
1/4 c Scallion; chopped
1/4 c Green bell pepper; chopped
1 tb Olive oil
1 tb Lime juice
1 tb Fresh cilantro; chopped
1 1/2 ts Garlic salt
1 ts Oregano; crushed
1 sm Hot pepper sauce

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate at least one hour.
