Title: Samon Mousse, Appetizer ( August, 1991)

Yield: 1 Servings

1/2 lb Cream cheese
1 cn Salmon
1/2 c Fresh cream
3 tb Mayonnaise
3 Gelatine leaves; dissolved
-in 1/4 cup water
1/2 Onion

Process everything in food processor. Pour in a small mold. ( oiled ) Chill
at least 3 hours

NOTES : Serve with toasts
