Title: Santa Fe Chili Corn Bread

1 c Yellow corn meal
1 c All purpose flour
1 tb Baking powder
2 tb Sugar
1 ts McCormick® Ground Cumin
1/2 ts McCormick®Garlic Powder
1/2 ts McCormick® Chili Powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Canned chopped green chilies
1 c Milk
1/4 c Butter; melted
1 Egg
Additional McCormick® Chili
-Powder

1. Preheat oven to 425º F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch pan.

2. Combine first 8 ingredients; add chilies. Stir in milk, butter and egg.

3. Pour into pan; sprinkle with Chili Powder. Bake for 20 min.

Serves 9.
